Cancellation policy

Deposits will be refunded, less a $25 service fee, if reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival
For your protection, cancellations are not accepted via voice mail
Only email or personal calls made to the innkeeper will be recognized for cancellation

Rebook no hook

Within two weeks of booked dates, reservations are non-refundable if we are unable to rebook
If the dates are rebooked, you're "off the hook" minus the $25 administrative fees
